Printofy Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Printofy, we are committed to providing high-quality custom apparel, workwear, and promotional products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Change of Mind

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.

This includes any order placed during normal pricing periods outside of sale events.
2. Sale Event Orders

Orders placed during a sale or promotional event are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Sale prices are discounted to provide maximum value; all sales are considered final.
3. Custom Printed or Embroidered Orders

Any custom printed or embroidered items (including garments with logos, artwork, personalised text, or designs) cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these items are made specifically to your instructions.

Please ensure that all artwork, logos, and personalisation details are correct before submitting your order.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects you if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with ACL.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items as outlined in Section 4.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method once the item is returned (if required) and inspected.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7.Dispatch Times & Delays

Most orders are dispatched promptly; however, in rare cases, some orders may take up to 14 weeks to be dispatched.

Printofy takes no responsibility for delays beyond our control and any issues arising as a result.
