Is there a minimum order?
Nope. Order one to check the fabric and print before committing the whole team.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
Yes — mix any combination across all eight colours and sizes XS–3XL.
What if my logo file isn't great?
Send what you've got. We'll clean it up or rebuild it where required — just allow a little extra time.
How should I wash the printed shirt?
Wash inside out with like colours, line dry where possible and iron inside out. Never iron directly over the print.
Can I add a back print?
Yes. An A4 back print is available as an add-on. Get in touch for sleeve printing, larger placements or embroidery.

When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Plain Orders / Orders with No Decoration made before 12 PM AEDT will be picked, packed and shipped in 4-5 business days. Delivery time from Shipping is usually 2-10 business days from shipping, depending on place of delivery, and can sometimes can take longer.
Custom Orders are shipped on a standard lead time of 15-21 business days from proof approval. Once you place an order, our design team gets going and sends you a proof to approve withing 48 hours (Mon-Friday) & once approved, our warehouse proceeds with production & ships out your order over the next 15-21 business days.
Can I change or return my item?
You can Exchange a non-decorated item within 7 calendar days of purchase provided the tags and original packing is preserved, and is subject to the Return policy of Printofy. We offer no change of mind exchanges or returns for custom-made goods or goods with decoration like Prints or Embroidery
